Fleet Foodies LLC operates strictly as a logistics, booking, and scheduling software layer. Our services include:
Automated scheduling and vendor rotation management.
Logistics and zone coordination.
Community and resident communication tools.
Automated digital support workflows and dashboard routing.
Subscription billing infrastructure for Operators.
Crucial Disclaimer: Fleet Foodies LLC does not prepare food, fulfill consumer orders, or assume any liability for food safety, preparation, delivery, local permitting, or health department compliance. Operators function as entirely independent entities and are solely responsible for their physical, commercial, and culinary operations.
Operators onboarding onto a paid tier (such as The Neighborhood subscription plan) are subject to the following automated billing architecture:
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew every twenty-eight (28) days (“Billing Cycle”). Payment must be successfully processed before an Operator can access the scheduling engine or claim slots.
Inventory Allotment: Subscriptions grant the Operator access to claim a designated number of service slots per Billing Cycle based on regional availability. Because Fleet Foodies LLC is a logistics software layer, we do not guarantee specific vendor sales volumes, nor are we responsible for an Operator’s failure to manually claim their allotted slots within an active Billing Cycle. Unused slots do not roll over to subsequent cycles.
Payment Failures & Suspension: Subscription billing is managed via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). In the event of a payment failure, the system will attempt retries per standard billing configurations. If an account balance remains unpaid past the designated grace period, the account will be automatically suspended, and all currently booked calendar slots will be instantly forfeited and re-allocated to the open fleet marketplace.
No-Refund & Continuous Run Policy: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable and run continuously. There are no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Pausing or terminating a subscription results in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated system credits, historic metrics, or historic rate locks.
Operator Cancellations (Outside 72 Hours): Operators may drop a claimed slot more than 72 hours prior to the event without penalty. The slot will immediately return to the wider fleet database for replacement. Because the opportunity was successfully made available during the Billing Cycle, it counts toward the platform's fulfillment of providing slot access.
Operator Cancellations (Inside 72 Hours): Cancellations made by an Operator within 72 hours of an event constitute a breach of operational reliability. The system will issue an automated strike to the Operator profile and initiate an emergency replacement search. Multiple strikes may result in immediate tier downgrades or account termination.
Emergency Rapid-Fill Allocation: Operators who accept an emergency "Rapid-Fill" slot with less than 24 hours' notice will be compensated via system-generated incentives and priority scheduling metrics as configured by Platform administration.
Operational Horizon: All calendar adjustments, cancellations, or special requests must be executed directly through the Community Manager Dashboard portal at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Liability Waiver: Community Partners assume zero liability for the food service, vendor equipment, or on-site execution. Residents and consumers must contact the individual Operator directly to resolve order or refund disputes.
Arrive fully prepared at the designated site at least thirty (30) minutes prior to their assigned time slot.
Maintain valid local mobile food vending permits, health department certifications, and comprehensive commercial liability insurance.
Provide accurate, real-time menu links and pricing arrays to the Platform.
Directly manage and execute all customer refunds, food quality complaints, and order discrepancies.
Proprietary Rights: The Platform, including its user interfaces, branding, scheduling algorithms, logic engines (including the Variety Shield rotation framework), dashboard configurations, layouts, and workflows, is the sole intellectual property of Fleet Foodies LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access their designated dashboard solely for intended operational booking purposes.
Restrictions on Use: You explicitly agree that you will not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate our proprietary workflows, database structures, or system logic.
Non-Competition: Operators and Community Partners are strictly prohibited from utilizing the internal data, layout, or operational frameworks accessed via their dashboards to construct, develop, or assist a third party in developing a competing logistics or scheduling marketplace.
Food preparation, foodborne illness, or health code violations caused by an independent Operator.
On-site physical incidents, property damage, bodily injury, or vehicular equipment failures occurring during a rotation.
Transaction disputes, point-of-sale failures, or refund arguments between individual consumers and an Operator.
Weather disruptions, acts of God, construction, or unexpected property access restrictions that impede a scheduled event.
