This Privacy Policy outlines our strict protocols regarding the collection, handling, storage, protection, and usage of data provided by mobile food vendors, Food Truck Operators (“FTOs,” “Operators”), residential/commercial property coordinators (“Community Partners”), and visitors to our digital spaces. By accessing our platform, onboarding via our dashboard portals, communicating with us via email, or utilizing our services, you explicitly consent to the data frameworks described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
To deliver automated scheduling and platform features, we log and process the following categories of data:
Information Provided Directly: User account credentials, names, professional business email addresses, operational phone numbers, culinary menu configurations, graphic asset arrays (logos, media), and scheduling preferences. For independent Operators, this includes mandatory regulatory documentation such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), business licenses, and health department permitting clearances.
Transactional & Payment Data: Financial information required for subscription billing is channeled securely and directly through our integrated payment architecture partner (Stripe). Fleet Foodies LLC does not store full credit card numbers or raw bank account credentials on our internal application servers.
Automated Interaction & Communication Data: Written logs, support tickets, system inputs, form submissions, and direct dashboard communications. This includes any textual communications submitted through our digital chat interfaces or email architectures for service validation and optimization.
Technical & Telemetry Information: IP addresses, browser types, operating system profiles, device fingerprints, localized geographic markers, and basic platform interaction metrics captured via system log layers.
3. How We Use Your Information
Fleet Foodies LLC processes data strictly to power and maintain our marketplace operations. Your information is utilized to:

Facilitate operational pairings between Community Partners and local mobile vendors.
Execute subscription cycles, account monitoring, and automated transactional workflows.

To enable cross-functional platform booking, data sharing occurs strictly under the following operational paradigms:
Marketplace Enablement: Relevant commercial operational metrics (including Operator names, culinary categories, menu structures, asset layouts, and schedule confirmations) are displayed to designated Community Partners via their operational dashboard portals to facilitate scheduling transparency.
Infrastructure Partners: Data is securely provisioned to necessary infrastructure sub-processors (including cloud hosting arrays, customer relationship layers, payment routing nodes, and newsletter distribution suites like beehiiv and Resend) solely to fulfill system services. These entities are legally prohibited from utilizing your operational metrics for independent promotional frameworks.
Statutory Compliance: We reserve the right to disclose informational tracking details to legal or regulatory authorities if compelled by law, subpoena, or to protect the baseline physical or financial safety of our company, users, or the communities we serve.
