We ask what communities want before matching trucks.

Frequently Asked Questions
What am I paying for?

Fleet Foodies paid rotations include scheduled service opportunities, resident-informed matching, cuisine variety protection, schedule coordination, menu or pre-order link support when available, and reliability systems that help protect the value of community food truck events.
How many service opportunities are included?
The Neighborhood includes 4 scheduled service opportunities per 4-week cycle.
The Community Pillar includes 12 scheduled service opportunities per 12-week cycle.
Are sales guaranteed?
No. Fleet Foodies creates better-fit community stops, not guaranteed dollar amounts.
Our communities typically average 150+ units with mixed 2–4 bedroom layouts, and our pilot community has 327 units. Larger communities and resident events can create stronger opportunities, but each truck decides if a rotation fits its business goals.
Do I choose my own schedule?
You set your service zones, availability, service windows, and cuisine type.
Fleet Foodies uses that information to build your rotation. You can also block unavailable dates in advance.
What if I need to cancel a scheduled event?
Food trucks are real businesses, and things happen — repairs, staffing issues, emergencies, and weather can affect service.
Operators can cancel through the system when needed. Late cancellations may affect reliability standing based on timing and circumstances.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Fleet Foodies does not take a commission from truck sales.
You keep 100% of your food truck revenue.
Can I refer another truck?
Yes. Eligible operators can earn Fleet Fuel credits when referred trucks join and stay active.
Fleet Fuel credits apply toward Fleet Foodies subscription costs.
What are Hero Credits?
Hero Credits are account credits for eligible trucks that accept last-minute coverage opportunities when a community needs a replacement.
Fleet Fuel is for referrals. Hero Credits are for eligible coverage pickups.
